Revio Protect (revioprotect.com) is operated by Revio LLC ("Revio", "we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use this site and what we do with it.

What we collect

  • What you type into our forms: name, email, phone number, property address, and your answers about the property.
  • Technical details sent by your browser: IP address, browser type, the page you were on, and the link or campaign that brought you here.
  • For home security requests, a TrustedForm certificate that records the consent language you saw when you submitted.

How we use it

  • To contact you about your request by phone, text message or email, as you authorized.
  • To refer your request to the company that will quote and install the system you asked about.
  • To keep records of your request and your consent, and to prevent fraud and spam.

Who we share it with

  • Home security requests are shared with Safe Streets USA LLC, an ADT Authorized Provider, which handles them under its own privacy policy.
  • Wildfire defense requests are shared with Embers Protection Services, Inc., which handles them under its own privacy policy.
  • Solar and home battery requests are shared with Revio's licensed installation partners, only to design, quote and install your project.
  • Service providers that host our site, database and email, only to run those services for us.
  • Authorities, where the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

  • Reply STOP to any text message to stop texts. Each email includes a way to stop further emails.
  • You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. California residents have these rights under the CCPA/CPRA, and we extend them to everyone.

Retention and security

We keep lead and consent records as long as needed to handle your request and to meet legal record-keeping obligations. Data is stored with access controls and encrypted in transit.
